Scheme of Delegation

A Scheme of Delegation is the key document defining which functions have been delegated and to whom, including all decision making in the Trust.  However, it should not be confused with the written scheme of delegation of financial powers referred to in the Academies Financial Handbook.

The Consortium Trust's Scheme of Delegation below, determines the delegated responsibilities across the governance tiers and leadership roles of the Trust.

In response to the Covid-19 crisis and the phased re-opening of our schools to pupils in all year groups, the Trust Board have developed an Interim Scheme of Delegation, also below, to support our Locality Committees to re-establish local monitoring and operational support to their schools.
