As you are aware, The Trust moved to Arbor management information system over the Summer. Arbor allows for greater interaction between our schools and parents and new features will be added periodically.

As Parents, you can book meals and clubs and make straightforward payments via the Arbor App. If you are making multiple payments for clubs and paying for siblings, we would recommend logging in to your Arbor account using a web browser as there is additional functionality including a shopping basket feature.  The Arbor app is also a really quick and easy way for the school to send messages to parents and is also much more cost-effective for us than using text messaging.  If you haven't yet downloaded the app, can we urge you to do so and the school Office Managers will be able to offer assistance if required.

We have received many positive comments about the new system and we would like to thank you for your patience during the transition period. As we continue to add improved features, we are sure you will continue to benefit from the enhancements and the simplicity of booking and making payments.
