As you are aware the new Trust Organisational Chart was approved by the Trust Board and shared through an earlier CEO briefing. The new structure reflects Consortium's growth and our intention to further strengthen capacity in schools as well as support from the central team.  Not all posts will be filled immediately but we are aiming to achieve the structure by the end of 2023.

In the central team, two new HOS roles have been created HOS Strategic Improvement Lead and HOS Inclusion.  The first was internally advertised and Debbie Thomas has been successful in her application, Debbie will start in the role in September 2023.  The second, HOS Inclusion, will be advertised in the Summer term and again will start in September.  

Simon Lea has successfully applied for the post of Academy Head at WVPS, he will undertake this role as a secondment while we recruit from the substantive post during the summer term.  

Katy Last and Hannah Woodruffe will be stepping up from Interim Head of School to Acting Academy Head at their respective settings, this also creates two Assistant Academy Head roles both of which will be advertised during the Summer Term.  There are also a number of teaching vacancies available across the Trust, please do share our adverts when you see them on social media. There will also be opportunity from after the 1st May to apply for job roles at our two new special schools.

We also have a number of roles that we want to appoint to support capacity at schools, especially in regard to supporting teacher development and subject leadership.  By creating a number of Specialist HLTA Cover Supervisor roles, deployable by the central team, we aim to provide quality cover for your teacher to be able to meaningfully engage in research, CPD, subject leadership and more. We also aspire to increase our Family Support Worker and SENCO capacity.
