Pupil Parliament at Barnby North Cove

Pupil Parliament always encourage pupil voice and promote the use of their suggestion box. Maisie has suggested that most classes should have their own box in addition to the one by their display board. They will be delivering those soon.

At a recent weekly meeting the suggestion box was emptied and the many suggestions were typed up by PP. These are now displayed in the hall for all to see.

Today, at the meeting, we discussed which ones could be actioned by us and those that could not and why. Pupil Parliament will share this with pupils and staff during assembly and parents via our weekly newsletter. There were some that PP will need to discuss with Miss Williams by letter first. Each member has chosen which suggestions they would like to write their letter about and have already started a draft copy.

They look forward to updating everybody soon.
