Success Celebrated!

Megan Miller, Office Manager, Central Office

Megs, goes out of her way to support her colleagues and will always do any task asked of her.  In addition to her daily work she supported Laura with the organisation of the September conference and has also recently supported Tamsin in preparations for the Teaching Assistant induction course.

During the Spring and Summer terms, she was deployed for much of her working week to both Middleton and Barnby to cover staff vacancies and is now supporting Warren School weekly with their finances.

In the past week, she has collated information for Lisa to support our tender projects being undertaken with the DfE team for utilities, telephony and HR support.

Megs is a real asset to the team and continues to develop her skills and knowledge.

Lucy Pain, TA, Middleton Primary School

Lucy has gone over and above her duty offering support and taking on extra duties, offering to work at home in preparation for meetings and always offers support to colleagues and parents.

Lucy's phonics knowledge is outstanding and the children thrive under her guidance in this area.

Lucy is adored by the children, parents and teachers and is an asset to Middleton Primary school.

Jean Stanborough, Head Cleaner at Warren School

Jean's dedication to the school is highlighted on a daily basis, supporting the team in ways that are not within her job description. In her own time Jean helps with classroom needs, such as making decorations so that the room looks more vibrant for the children and on numerous occasions helps with school transport. Jean quietly goes about her job but always willing to do more, a real Cog in the Warren Team and we thank her for her hard work and dedication.

Amanda Peck, HLTA

Amanda worked as an apprentice TA and decided to retake her GSCEs and work her way up to gain a degree. It has taken her a few years but she has achieved a BA honours degree in Childcare, Learning and Development with a 2:1.

"Each year has taught me new skills and knowledge  which I can not wait to put into action when I return back to the classroom after maternity leave. It has always been my passion to teach children and I am looking forward to my next chapter, becoming a fully qualified teacher."

Heather Runacres, Helmingham Primary School & Nursery

Helen was presented with an award for 40 years service to Girlguiding which was presented by her Brownie Pack in Framlingham.

All the brownies were really interested to see the sparkly brooch the County Commissioner gave her!
